Fallout: New Vegas Patch Coming ‘as Quickly As Possible’

In news that ought to surprise nobody, Obsidian and Bethesda are hard at work on putting together some bug fixes to combat many of the glitches found within Fallout: New Vegas.

“We are currently working on releasing patches/updates as quickly as possible for Fallout: New Vegas, for all platforms,” says Bethesda. “Announcements regarding the patches are forthcoming.”

Youtube has been on fire since the game released yesterday, lit up with videos highlighting some of the many hilarious and terrifying glitches. Many of them are more bizarre than frustrating, but freezes and randomly fleeing NPC characters are causing some rage.

I’ll be surprised if a patch can fix even half of the game’s weird problems, but here’s wishing the developers the very best of luck.
